What is BDS Counselling?
BDS Counselling is the admission process through which eligible NEET-qualified candidates secure admission into Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) colleges across India.
Admissions are conducted through:
- MCC NEET UG Counselling
- State NEET UG Counselling
- Government Dental Colleges
- Private Dental Colleges
- Deemed Universities
- Central Universities
Candidates can participate based on their NEET score, rank, category, domicile status and college preferences.

BDS COUNSELLING PROCESS
Step 1: Registration
Register on MCC or State Counselling Portal.
Step 2: Fee Payment
Pay registration fee and refundable security deposit.
Step 3: Choice Filling
Select preferred BDS colleges.
Step 4: Choice Locking
Lock choices before the deadline.
Step 5: Seat Allotment
Seats allotted based on NEET rank, category and preferences.
Step 6: Reporting
Report to allotted college with original documents.
Step 7: Upgradation

Admission to Government Dental Colleges under All India Quota.

4. State Quota Seats
Government and Private Dental Colleges participating in state counselling.
