Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BookSlot, we strive to provide transparent, professional, and personalized counselling services for NEET, JEE, CUET, AYUSH, MBBS, BDS, BAMS, Engineering, and other admission counselling processes. By purchasing any service from BookSlot, you agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Service Nature

BookSlot provides educational counselling, guidance, admission support, college prediction, choice filling assistance, and related consulting services. Since these services involve expert consultation and personalized guidance, refunds are subject to the terms mentioned below.

2. Cancellation Before Service Begins

If a client wishes to cancel a counselling package before any counselling session, document verification, strategy session, or support activity has been initiated:

• Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of payment may be eligible for up to 80% refund. 
• Payment gateway charges, GST, and administrative charges may be deducted. 
• Refund requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp. 

3. Cancellation After Service Commencement

Once any of the following has occurred:

• Counselling session conducted 
• College prediction provided 
• Admission strategy shared 
• Choice filling guidance initiated 
• Documents reviewed or verified 
• Dedicated counsellor assigned 

No refund shall be provided.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

• One-on-one counselling sessions 
• Personalized admission strategy reports 
• College prediction services 
• Choice filling assistance 
• Document verification services 
• Emergency counselling support 
• Fast-track counselling packages 
• Any service already delivered or partially delivered 

5. Seat Allotment & Admission Results

BookSlot provides expert guidance based on available data, trends, and counselling rules. However:

• BookSlot does not guarantee admission into any specific college, course, quota, or institution. 
• Refunds will not be granted due to: 
  • Non-allotment of a seat 
  • Lower-than-expected college allotment 
  • Candidate's rank or score 
  • Changes in counselling rules 
  • Government policy changes 
  • Seat matrix revisions 
  • Candidate's personal decision not to participate 

6. Duplicate Payments

If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same service:

• The excess amount will be refunded after verification. 
• Processing may take 7–10 business days. 

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within:

7–15 business days

The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback while actively using BookSlot services may result in:

• Immediate suspension of services 
• Termination of counselling support 
• Submission of service records as evidence to payment providers 

9. Force Majeure

BookSlot shall not be liable for delays or inability to provide services due to:

• Government actions 
• Technical failures 
• Internet disruptions 
• Natural disasters 
• Counselling authority schedule changes 
• Other events beyond reasonable control
