BookSlot Account Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your BookSlot account and associated personal information at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — From the BookSlot App

If you still have access to the BookSlot application:

Open the BookSlot app.

Go to Profile.

Open Settings / Account Settings.

Select Delete Account.

Follow the confirmation steps.

Confirm the permanent deletion request.

Your account deletion will be processed according to BookSlot's account deletion and data retention procedures.

Option 2 — If You No Longer Have the App

If you have uninstalled BookSlot or cannot access your account, you can request account deletion by contacting us:

Please send your request from the email address associated with your BookSlot account and use the subject:

For security purposes, we may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request belongs to the account owner.

What Happens After a Deletion Request?

When your account deletion is processed, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

This may include information such as:

Account and profile information

Uploaded Document Vault files

Admission tracking information

Support inquiries associated with your account

Other personal information associated with your account

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law or where necessary for legitimate security, financial, transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

Important Information

Account deletion is permanent and may not be reversible.

Deleting your account may result in the loss of access to:

Your BookSlot profile

Saved college preferences

Admission tracking information

Uploaded documents

Support history

Other account-related data

Please download any information or documents you need before requesting deletion.
